Your Tasks

- Meet production targets (quality, cost, delivery, safety, environment)
- Lead and coordinate production teams and daily operations
- Monitor processes and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement
- Manage materials, equipment, and resolve production issues
- Support new product/process implementation and maintenance activities
- Lead projects and track performance/KPIs

Your Qualifications

- Technical education or diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality, and improvement methods
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
