La posición contribuye directamente a la satisfacción del cliente, la rentabilidad del negocio y la excelencia operativa.Responsabilidades principalesCoordinar y supervisar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión Integral en los diferentes procesos de planta.Gestionar requerimientos, reclamaciones y auditorías de clientes, asegurando una respuesta oportuna y efectiva.Liderar la preparación y seguimiento de auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.Asegurar la correcta administración y actualización de especificaciones, procedimientos, registros y documentación aplicable.Dar seguimiento a planes de acción derivados de auditorías, reclamaciones, desviaciones y proyectos de mejora.Mantener las certificaciones vigentes y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y normativos.Promover una cultura de mejora continua,
