Job DescriptionThe Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and delivering value to the business through Data & Analytics initiatives.PositionData AnalystWhat You'll Be DoingWork with the business to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data managementPerform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activitiesCoordinate with business users, data stewards, and technical resources to align on requirements and outcomesMonitor and investigate data quality and consistency issuesDocument and report on identified issues and create/execute mitigation plansManage ticket workflows to ensure proper clarity and consistency in issues resolutionWhat We Are Looking For2–4 years of related experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.Strong SQL and data exploration abilities.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts.Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized.Even Better If You HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics,
