Seeking Experienced Python BackEnd Developers for Long-Term Project
Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco (Tlaquepaque / Zapopan Area)

We are looking for a skilled Python BackEnd Developer with 5 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role involves building and maintaining robust server-side solutions, APIs, and databases that support scalable and secure digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless front-end integration
- Develop and maintain relational and non-relational databases ensuring data integrity and performance
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable server-side code using Python
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices
- Optimize server performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain clear technical documentation and develop unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability

Technical Skills Required:

With over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Developer , you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

- Python (Django and/or Flask)
- API Development (RESTful and GraphQL)
- SQL and NoSQL databases




- Version control systems (Git)
- Server-side architecture and logic
- Security best practices for back-end development

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Understanding of event-driven systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Fluent in English (Advanced)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership

Location & Schedule:

- Hybrid modality (2 days on-site)
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (candidates must be located in or near Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, or Guadalajara)
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
