We're hiring a **Property Operations Associate** to support day-to-day property operations for a leading company in the temporary rentals and corporate housing space across Latin America.
If you have experience in **hospitality or property management** and enjoy working in dynamic, on-the-ground environments, this role is for you.
- **What You'll Do**_
- Welcome guests during check-in and check-out
- Conduct property inspections to ensure top quality standards
- Manage on-site operations and coordinate building access
- Handle guest requests and support deliveries
- Prepare and stock properties before arrivals
- Track and manage inventory across properties
- **What We're Looking For**_
- 2+ years in hospitality, property management, or similar




- Strong Spanish & English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- **Requirements**_
- Based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred)
- Availability for rotating shifts (8am-8pm, weekends/holidays)
- Able to move between properties during the day
