**Call Center Services International**is looking for a **Sales Trainer** who will engage directly with trainees to facilitate their skills development.
This involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives.
Your primary goal is to foster a competent and knowledgeable workforce that can contribute effectively to the business' objectives.
**Activities**:
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Instruct employee training and onboarding
- Review employee performance and learning
**Experience/Requirements**:
Previous Call Center Experience is required
1 year + Training experience is required
Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience ( Preferred but not required)
**Knowledge, Skills, Licenses**:
- Good communications Skills
- Ability to work with different personalities
- Ability to multi-task




- Fluent English/Spanish is required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology

- **Public Speaking**: You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups, large or small.
