A global automotive manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Product Development Engineer to drive new product development and support engineering changes for current production programs.

This role is highly customer-facing and plays a critical part in designing robust, manufacturable products while representing engineering on customer vehicle teams.

What you will do:

- Lead new product development from concept to production.
- Support design verification and engineering changes.
- Apply up-front engineering practices and DFM principles.
- Propose product designs aligned with manufacturing capabilities and vehicle packaging.
- Manage development timelines and communicate with customers.
- Act as the engineering representative on customer vehicle teams.
- Lead DFMEA activities and support PPAP submissions.




- Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth within the team.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong background in metallic and/or plastic manufacturing processes.
- Experience with DFMEA, PPAP, and vehicle packaging.
- Ability to lead technically and mentor others.
