-Review, compare, and update documentation, as well as implement process improvements through notes, photos, and best practices focused on safety and scrap reduction, in order to increase productivity levels across different plant areas.
This role contributes to achieving established goals while ensuring the proper use of resources in alignment with Industrial Hermosillo's safety and quality standards.
**What your background should look like**
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Specific Knowledge (Technical, Software, Product)

Intermediate Microsoft Office Basic
**Key Responsibilities**
Maintain visual aids within the area
Implement improvements to assembly processes using the 4 Blocker format
Support area initiatives and provide feedback
Update time and motion study formats
Update ergonomic conditions in work areas
Review control plans
Propose practical improvements for other areas or business units
Prepare and present materials for the assembly area
Certify operators on assembly equipment




Provide support to other areas of the plant
Perform production line and material balancing
Drive scrap reduction and process release activities
Ensure EHS compliance, follow policies, regulations, and initiatives
Daily Activities
Address priorities of the assigned area
Update and implement area documentation
Follow up on area requirements
Monitor, analyze, and support issues arising from manufacturing processes using problem-solving tools
Train and certify personnel involved in the area
Participate in interdepartmental meetings
Continuous Improvement
Design and implement fixtures, poka-yokes, etc.
Support KAIZEN events
Assist in the implementation of 5S culture
Propose projects for Tebits
SAP
Basic AutoCAD
