Reporting to the **Operations Engineering Manager**, the **Process Engineer's**role involves:
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
- Oversee new process equipment production.
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
- Trouble shoot process related issues.
- Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
- Evaluate and select semi automate and automate machines to improve the process.
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.




- Experience in attention in audits.
- Experience with Customer Service and countermeasures and analysis of customer complaints.
- Knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatic s and hydraulics.
- Experience in repair procedures
