Reporting to the **IT Project Manager**the **Business Systems Analyst's**role involves:
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
- Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status




- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
- Execute General IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- Basic English
- Bachelor's degree ( IT, or related field)
- Experience with computerized databases, and process guidelines
- Experience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ Oracle
- SharePoint content design and management
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills
- Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems
- Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset
