**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the testing process to ensure the highest quality standards are met in all software releases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Implement and manage test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Manual IOT Testing and Manual Data Testing to validate system functionality and performance.
- Conduct Manual E2E Business Process Assurance to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
- Manage testing activities using tools like SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks to support ongoing and future testing needs.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
- Adapt testing strategies to accommodate changes in project scope and requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior testers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Manual IOT Testing and Manual Data Testing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Selenium and other testing tools and frameworks.
- Have experience in the Process Manufacturing and Industrial Manufacturing domains.
- Exhibit strong skills in Test Metrics and Reporting.
- Be familiar with SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for managing testing activities.
- Understand basic programming concepts to support testing processes.
- Show ability to conduct Manual E2E Business Process Assurance effectively.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in testing.
- Be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
