Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of security procedures and protocols to mitigate risks and improve overall security posture.
- Analyze security data and trends to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventative strategies.
- Conduct research on emerging security threats and best practices in corporate security and loss prevention.
- Participate in security awareness training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Legal, Operations) on security-related matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations on security findings and recommendations.




- Assist in the monitoring of security systems and surveillance footage as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations.
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical understanding of criminological concepts, crime prevention, and investigation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Prior experience or coursework in corporate security or loss prevention is advantageous but not required.
