**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own and scale our end-to-end analytics ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL expertise, data engineering capabilities, and business-facing analytics support.
This position is based in Mexico City under a hybrid work model and supports U.S.market operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Analytics & Reporting**
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and KPI frameworks across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and O&M.;
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across reporting layers.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to Finance and Commercial stakeholders.
**Data Engineering & Infrastructure**
- Own and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines, including BigQuery-to-MySQL synchronization and CRM integrations.
- Manage views, schema updates, incremental synchronization logic, and data replication strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve automation and data infrastructure.
**Data Architecture & Integration**
- Support and optimize modern cloud data stack architecture.
- Ensure proper synchronization between data warehouse and operational systems.
- Maintain API-based integrations between CRM and Finance systems.
**Documentation & Governance**
- Document data models, KPIs, dashboards,



and analytics processes to ensure continuity and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation for data flows, automations, and reporting logic.
- Use GitHub for version control and collaboration on analytics assets.
**Qualifications**
- 5-8 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
- Advanced SQL expertise (MySQL, complex joins, aggregation logic, financial calculations, performance optimization).
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with BigQuery (data extraction and integration workflows).
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (pipelines, workflows, reporting).
- Experience working with QuickBooks (GL-level analysis, revenue and cost tracking).
- Familiarity with CRM-Finance data API integrations.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end analytics processes.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of modern cloud data stacks and warehouse synchronization strategies.
