Ensure quality in manufacturing processes by measuring, implementing, and monitoring actions using applicable and effective methodologies.
Coordinate quality assurance and control activities within the company.
Measure and evaluate quality metrics in coordination with corporate objectives.
Implement, develop, and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with policies and customer satisfaction through supervision.
Ensure compliance with ISO-**** standards and the established parameters in the company's quality management system.
Responsiblefor maintaining and implementing ISO-**** plant certification.
Generate quality reports and records, analyze data for the assignment of corrective actions, and ensure follow-up.
Immediately responsible for corrective actions and verification of their effectiveness.
Follow up and control complaints made by customers, and ensure that mechanisms are implemented to improve production and customer satisfaction.
Generate relevant quality alerts resulting from complaints, as well as monitor product containment to prevent future leaks.
Supports root cause analysis activities and corrective actions for customer quality issues.
Perform inspections, tests, and measurements of materials, products, and facilities to verify compliance with required specifications.
Coordinates, guides,



and develops quality control-quality assurance inspectors, as well as coordinates
daily-weekly-monthly activities.
Ensures that staff meet the required quality standards in each of its processes.
Coordinates and implements actions and activities arising from complaints from internal and external clients.
Manages and coordinates the calibration of metrology and measurement equipment assigned to the company.
Generates an inspection and sampling plan for raw materials in accordance with client or company requirements.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, quality control.
- SMT and PCB quality strong expertise
- Experience in SMT processes and quality assurance.
- Advanced management of lean manufacturing tools
- Proficiency in Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 80% English, spoken and written.
- Schedule availability.
