We are currently seeking a AI Solution Architect (Remote) to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
Role: AI Solution Architect
As an AI Solution Owner with NTT DATA, you will act as the connective tissue between
client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
This role combines elements of product
management, project management, and Agile leadership.
You will be responsible for
translating client business needs into actionable steps, leading cross-functional teams
using Agile methodologies, and ensuring successful project execution.
A solid
understanding of AI technologies from a functional perspective is essential, along with
strong project management and business analysis skills.
This includes a deep knowledge
managing projects in an Agile environment, capturing and refining use case requirements,
and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and AI solution
architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with
business objectives.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with AI solution architects to design
the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible
to implement.
- Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups,
sprint planning, sprint demos,



and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the
delivered solution meets acceptance criteria.
- Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to
ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical
teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Engagement Management: Support engagement leaders and project managers in
managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating
resources effectively, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program
Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting
or technology-driven environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts,
- Ability to travel at least 25%
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management
- Experience working in a consulting environment or delivering enterprise AI solutions.
- Undergraduate degree or graduate degree preferred.
