**What will you do**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed established objectives.
- Set individual and team performance goals.
- Analyze prospect retention, internal processes, and conversion timelines to optimize results.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring accurate and effective follow-up procedures for prospective and potential leads.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflows, processes, and communication.
- Continuously monitor conversion and customer retention rates.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring fast,
transparent loan processing in compliance with company guidelines.
- Take direct responsibility for the sales team's performance and results.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading sales or brokerage teams, preferably within lending, mortgage, or financial services environments.
- Advanced English communication (both written and spoken).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Strong background in prospect retention, sales conversion, and closing strategies.
- Ability to set, manage, and enforce individual and team performance goals.
