**About the Role**
Supervises and schedules the shipping and receiving processes to ensure efficient handling, storage, transportation,and delivery of shipments and goods**.
**
**What You Will Do**
- Analyzing existing shipping processes, identifying existing gaps or pain points, and contributing to the improvement of existing processes or the development of new ones.
- Managing the assignment and scheduling of shipment-related activities based on priorities and storage requirements.
- Reporting any non-compliance and sharing them with their seniors.
- Measuring and improving performance of transportation suppliers and team
- Supervising the material handling or shipment workers and collaborating with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth flow and prompt delivery of shipments and goods.

- **Bachelor's degree related to a Supply Chain field of choice**:
- **Fluent English (Advanced)**

**Transportation**
- Strong knowledge of transportation to move materials between suppliers, distribution centers, plants, and customers.

- Effective coordination with operational teams and external partners to ensure continuous freight flow.
- Leadership in logistics environments with more than 7-10 years in **Supply chain** roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively in advanced English

- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office tools and MRP Systems.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
