**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate pricing and billing information.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and monthly reporting.
- Maintain billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to billing process optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
- Intermediate English level.
- Portuguese (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
