As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will have the opportunity to help us optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the productivity of The LEGO Group.
In this case, your focus will be to ensure the LEGO Operaciones de México factory is enabled with the company IT Technology to support all factory employees.
Core Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow: Working proactively with tickets (Incidents & Service-Requests) in our ITSM tool (Service Now), handling the preparation of equipment such as laptops or mobile devices.
- On-Site support: Providing onsite support with computer hardware and meeting rooms technology and handling of mobile phone devices.
- Incidents solving: Diagnosing software and hardware issues when appropriate and fixing them as quickly as possible.
- Infrastructure support: Support in coordination and/or execution of Infrastructure project-related tasks.
- Do you have what it takes?
- Education: Student of degree, or a related field starting from the 6th semester onward
- Proactive, team player, responsible, and self-driven
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, and a plus if any Power Apps skills
- Good understanding of Computer Hardware, Software, and IT Infrastructure
- Strong communications written and oral both in Spanish and English
