Position Objective

Coordinates and/or executes complex projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling of activities and resources
- Analysis (Methods and Measurement, Machinery and Equipment, Materials, etc.).
- Design (Products, Equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.).
- Provide training on production processes.
- Preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).
- Delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).
- Time studies across different operations.
- Preparation of operation sheets.
- Preparation of general company reports.
- Blueprint reading.
- Responsible for establishing and following up on machine maintenance plans.




- Project management and control (Quality Control, Process Control, etc.).
- Response to and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Ensures compliance with requirements derived from the ISO 9000 Quality Management System.
- Supports and ensures compliance with applicable safety requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Advanced English

Knowledge and Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
