Ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole; assuring the compliance of personnel policies & procedures to create a good labor environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with supervisors to engage employees.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding process with recruitment & training.
- Managing employee relations: taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.
- Administrating employee services (cafeteria, transportation, benefits).
- Coordinating engagement programs, events, and activities.
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics (turnover, attendance).
- Creating and implementing policies,



procedures and/or programs to meet the legal regulations and to offer employee a safe environment.
- Implementing HR projects.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor ́s degree
- 3-5 years Human Resource experience
- Strong knowledge in Labor relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive nature.
- Problem solving and attention to details.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Business English (plus)
