Now, we launched our in-office sales hub in Guadalajara, Mexico 8 months ago, and we need driven sales professionals to help us scale!
**Your Role**:
**We are looking for experienced outbound Business Development Representatives to join our growing team of 30 plus BDRs**
What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):
- Educating Property Managers in the United States regarding our software to introduce Utility Profit
- Arranging Online Demonstrations for a visual demonstration of our software
- Keeping detailed notes and updates in HubSpot CRM.
- Learning and mastering sales techniques that will set you up for long-term success.

**What You Need To Succeed**:
- At least 6 months of Outbound B2B experience
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Very strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
- A growth mindset—you're eager to learn, improve, and advance your career.
