**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calling past customers for refinance opportunities
- Gather and follow up on basic documentation required to support the loan submission process.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of lead status and communication history in the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service to enhance client experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience handling and following up leads.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of loan or mortgage processes is a plus.
