**The Job**
The Online/Conform Editor, will be responsible for online editing, conforming, and mastering post-produced content within WBD, including reality shows, series, promos, and high-end television programs.
This role requires advanced timeline management skills, with the ability to handle daily changes across multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
Proven experience in post-production workflows is essential, as well as proficiency in online editing using DaVinci Resolve.
Technical skills in content enhancement, such as image stabilization, upscaling, speed adjustments, and more, will be highly valued.
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated,



and results-driven individual who can adapt to the dynamic nature of the television industry and consistently provide high-level, specialized technical support.
**The Daily - Major Activities**
- 60% Conform, online editing, and mastering using DaVinci Resolve.
- 30% Timeline management to ensure accurate implementation of changes through visual effects checklists, graphics, and all necessary elements for final delivery.
- 10% Creation of dailies and proxies.
**The Essentials**
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in managing and handling assets such as camera footage, audio, and graphics.
- Strong experience in online editing using DaVinci Resolve.
- Advanced understanding of delivery protocols and mastering formats.
- Familiarity with 4K HDR post-production workflows.
- Solid knowledge of color management, color spaces, LUTs, and workflows within the ACES framework.
**The Nice to Haves**
- Familiarity with software such as Baselight, Avid Media Composer, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut X.
- Experience handling LTO backup tapes.
- Background in offline editing.
- Experience in IMF mastering.
