You will report directly to our site Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
- Derive Test strategy for Hitech & Fixed Portfolio products.
- Test Planning, Identify Technical risks/mitigation plan in early phase of the program.
- Identify opportunities for adopt/develop automation & Simulation to improve Quality and reduce test cycle time.
- Closely work with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and other functional teams to define Robust test plans
- On -time delivery of tested products to meet agreed quality criteria.
- Understand and develop use case scenarios on test strategy & Execution.
- Responsible for carrying out different kinds of testing like Performance, Functional, Installation, Compatibility, Usability, Regulatory, etc.
- Should be responsible for defining, reviewing requirements and ability to suggest product enhancement.
- Responsible for skill development of team, Coaching Mentoring team members.
- Working with all general and local stakeholders to drive flawless execution.
- Proficient in developing automation using LabVIEW/Python Scripts
- Understanding various global certification standards, especially ATEX, IEC, UL, RoHS, EMI/EMC, etc).
- Experienced in building lab capabilities to meet business needs
- Participation in Architecture and Design Reviews along with Technical Leads.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication/Electronics and Electrical from Reputed institutes.
- Relevant years of +4 years of work experience are required in the above-mentioned competencies




- Hands on experience with Micro Processor based systems, Analog & Digital system design, Power Supply Design and Interfacing with Sensors.
- Knowledge circuits design.
- Experience in end-to-end qualification testing for compliance and solving EMI issues to meet the required standards.
In-depth knowledge of standards such as IEC *******, IEC ********* etc
- Minimum two complete product development life cycle experience (initiation, POC, design validation, launch and post release maintenance).
- Ability to statistically analyze data with software tools like MS Excel/MATLAB/Minitab
