**Responsibilities**
- Lead QA efforts across projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional testing to validate business requirements.
- Coordinate and manage UAT cycles with business stakeholders.
- Track and report defects ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development business analysts and project managers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in test planning and UAT coordination.
- Familiarity with Kronos and WMS testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM TestRail).




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
