Major Responsabilities**:
- _Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities engineering and maintenance work for complete projects or plant infrastructure, production equipment, and large-scope processes._
- _ Lead internal teams and suppliers,



acting as a technical reference._
- _ Manage projects under EPDP and OFP, assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work of engineers, support, and contract personnel._
- _ Provide technical consultation and serve as a knowledge base for specific processes._
- _ Contribute to the design of engineering solutions, supervise feasibility testing, and validate engineering outcomes._
- _ Analyze information, draft standards and specifications, and evaluate their effectiveness._
- _ Conduct inspections to assess the quality and integrity of installations, specifying corrective actions as needed._
- _ Continuously improve manufacturing and materials processes, optimizing cost and quality._
- _ Identify shortcomings and propose improvements to processes, systems, and procedures._
- _ Resolve queries from internal and external customers or suppliers regarding complex processes and related policies._- **

- _ Experience with technology and computational programs such as AutoCAD, Power BI, Excel, Power Apps._
- _ Experience in construction, structural or architectural topics, as well as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering._
- _ Experience in general services, infrastructure, fire protection systems, alarms, machinery installations, etc._
- _ Proactivity in identifying and solving operational problems._
