Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Lead to join our software development team. The idóneo candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance processes, particularly in Java-based applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead QA initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

- Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies for Java applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
- Mentor and train junior QA engineers on best practices and testing methodologies.
- Continuously improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.




- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality-related aspects.

Mandatory Skills
