**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Director of Engineering** to lead our engineering department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects and disciplines.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee the process, development, and deployment of products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
- Hire, train, and mentor engineering staff.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of budgeting and strategic planning.
