In this role, you will impact the R&D; process by overseeing project execution and guiding the team in developing solutions that enhance product performance and meet customer needs.

Plan, prioritize, and manage R&D; projects from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
**YOU MUST**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in research and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of R&D; processes and methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM)



and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
