A leading automotive financing company is looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Intern** to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a strong interest in human resources.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the full recruitment and selection cycle.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct employment reference checks.
- Support various tasks within the Human Resources department.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in **Administration** or **Psychology**.
- A strong interest in starting a career in recruitment and selection.

Intermediate to advanced conversational English is essential.

- Competitive monthly salary of **$14,000 - $16,000 MXN** (gross).
