Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Creates comprehensive manufacturing plans designed to provide production operators with all instructions and specifications necessary to effectively fabricate quality parts.
- Researches and incorporates engineering and/or purchase order changes into manufacturing plans.
- Assists in identifying substitutes for raw material for new and rework orders if required.
- Initiates and assists with changes of operations to manufacturing plans.
- Prioritizes work to ensure customer requirements and 100% on-time delivery.
- Acts as "delegated authority" in the planning area on a permanent basis by the Quality Director through procedural authority.
- Cross-trains and supports other team positions as required including operation and set-up of machinery.
- Knows, understands and follows all job tools available and applicable to the job and the plant including QAPs, Work Instructions, etc.
- All duties as assigned by the Manager and/or other members of the management team.




- Create instructions to rework parts based on the specifications from customer.
- Specification review process, to determine if affect our current process or product.
- Verify the new requirement (FAI numbers).
- Create work order for tooling when is needed to build a new part.
- Contact the customer when something is not clear on the configuration.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree on Manufacturing Eng.
or related areas required.
Minimum 2 years' related experience on design's role.
English proficient (80% written and oral skills) Experience in manufacturing process, blue print reading, customer specs.
