**About us**:
Reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for meeting production program requirements through the implementation of manufacturing methods and processes.
Defines production standards, labor needs, production flow, plant layout, and ensures optimal utilization of equipment, tools, and materials to maximize resource efficiency.
**Mission**:
1. Overall project management for machinery, line improvements, and new product introductions
2. Reviews line capacity against customer demand requirements
3. Evaluates equipment for new production lines
4. Reviews process documentation
5. Initiates innovation and new technology projects
6. Creates plant layouts
7. Reviews part numbers for system entry
8. Analyzes and tracks performance objectives (equipment improvement)
9. Analyzes, evaluates, and designs machinery
10.



Executes project objectives and deliverables
11. Monitors and tracks project timelines
12. Identifies, manages, and resolves risks with the project team
13. Monitors and ensures project remains within budget
14. Prepares project status reports
**Profile**:
**1.**BS Mechanic, mechatronic, robotic or industrial engineering.
**2.**At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
**3.**Proficient in written and spoken English
**4.**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
**5.**Tooling design experience
**6.**Experience in programming automated equipment
**7.**Proficient in AutoCAD
**8.**Project management experience
**9.**Strong problem-solving skills
