**What You'll Do**
As a Service Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our local installed base and driving inside sales.
You'll be the go-to person for managing quotes, orders, and customer records—ensuring a seamless experience that keeps our clients coming back.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting service products to end users, OEMs, and distributors
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities




- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Preparing quotes, managing orders, and supporting service delivery
- Prospecting for new sales
- Collaborating with sales, technical, and admin teams
- Using CRM/SAP tools to streamline customer support
- Drafting reports and tracking service contract renewals
**What You Bring**
- Associate degree in chemistry, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team player with investigative and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced English is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
