**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop WordPress websites from scratch or with custom themes.
- Customize themes and plugins using code (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Implement security best practices: protection against malware, spam, brute force, etc.
- Optimize site speed and performance (cache, images, scripts, GTMetrix, PageSpeed).
- Ensure responsive design (adapted to mobile, tablets, and desktop).
- Perform backups, migrations, and server and domain configurations.
- Integrate external tools such as CRMs, APIs, Google Analytics, forms, etc.
- Implement basic technical SEO configurations (header structure, tags, clean URLs).
- Work with services such as cPanel, Cloudflare, SSL, DNS, CDN, etc.
- Follow clear instructions, deliver on time, and communicate progress in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of verifiable experience in WordPress development.
- Advanced written English (spoken is a plus).
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.




- Experience with security plugins such as Wordfence, Sucuri, iThemes, etc.
- Technical knowledge of servers, domains, databases, and hosting administration.
- Experience with tools such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery (optional, but useful).
- Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems quickly.
- Desirable but not required:
- Experience with WooCommerce, Stripe, etc.
- Integration with platforms such as HighLevel, Odoo, Zapier, etc.
- Experience in web maintenance and ongoing technical support.
