What You'll Do:
- Manage client calls and inquiries
- Draft and organize legal documents
- Schedule appointments for U.S. attorneys
- Keep clear and professional communication

What You Need:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+ level)
- Live in Guadalajara or nearby
- High school diploma or partial university
- 1+ year in customer service or phone support
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
