- Answer client calls and follow up on inquiries

- Keep clients updated on case progress
- Schedule appointments for U.S. attorneys

What You Need:
- English & Spanish fluency (C1 level)
- Living in Guadalajara or nearby
- High school diploma or partial university
- 6+ months in customer service or call centers
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
