**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the 3PL space, focusing on transportation, warehousing, and customs services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to understand their supply chain challenges and tailor customized logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFQs, and pricing in collaboration with the operations and pricing teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution for new clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate sales reports.




Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (3PL experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of transportation (FTL, LTL, intermodal), warehousing, and customs brokerage services.
- Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual and Bicultural in English/Spanish
- Be able to travel
