- Generar y dar seguimiento de reportes de acciones correctivas para quejas de clientes (RGA's)
- Participar en las auditorias al sistema de calidad PED y UL
- Dar seguimiento a discrepancias encontradas durante auditorías internas o externas
- Participar en la elaboración y actualización de AMEF's
- Elaborar de procedimientos e instructivos de calidad.
- Liderar acciones para mejorar el nível de DPPM's por área de responsabilidad.
- Preparar reportes de estado actual de DPPM por clientes y en forma general en forma mensual con análisis de Pareto de 1er, 2do y 3er nível
- Validar requerimientos específicos de cliente de PPAP y envío de sumisión de este documento a cliente
- Preparar reportes de quejas de clientes a nível ejecutivo según se requiera
- Liderar acciones de mejora.
- Mantener 5's en las áreas a su cargo
- Coordinar la Logística de retornos de Garantías optimizando tiempo y costo de retorno a Planta.




- Expedir Certificados de Calidad de Producto a clientes según sean requeridos
- Realizar solicitud y mantenimiento de registro de Reportes de cliente relacionados a Garantías cuya disposición sea Scrap en Campo
- Coordinar el registro, análisis y validación de CoQ de la planta
- Garantizar que las actividades de cumplimiento comercial específico en sus funciones de trabajo del
día a día se llevan a cabo de conformidad con los procedimientos pertinentes en materia de
comercio y en el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones aplicables
- Asistir periódicamente a capacitación de cumplimiento de las normas comerciales de conformidad
con la Matriz de Capacitación Corporativa ITCG y según lo recomendado por el Funcional ITC Gatekeeper de su departamento o grupo funcional o por el Site Gatekeeper en ubicación secundaria
en su caso.
- Notificar al Funcional ITC Gatekeeper de su departamento o grupo funcional de un supuesto,
presuntos o reales violaciones de las normas de cumplimiento comercial para escalar los problemas
de cumplimiento con el Funcional ITC Gatekeeper de su departamento o grupo funcional.
- Mantener 5S en las áreas a cargo
- Coordinar la recalificación de Estaciones críticas en líneas de producción
- Coordinar el seguimiento y cierre a discrepancias encontradas durante auditorías internas o externas
