About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Developer to join a leading automotive manufacturing organization in García, Reciente León.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Teamcenter solutions to support engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical experts to design and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and support business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Teamcenter solutions.Design, develop, customize, and implement Teamcenter functionalities.Configure and enhance workflows, data models,



and PLM processes.Participate in system integrations involving Teamcenter, NX, and CATIA.Support testing, validation, deployment, and production releases.Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the PLM environment.Required QualificationsExperience with Teamcenter 11 or higher.Hands-on experience in Teamcenter development and customization.Strong knowledge of BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE).
Experience with ITK (Integration Toolkit).
Experience working with Active Workspace (AWC).
Experience developing and configuring workflows.Advanced English communication skills.Advanced Spanish communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Deployment Center.Experience integrating Teamcenter with NX and/or CATIA.Knowledge of Teamcenter SOA Services, APIs, or related technologies.Experience within the automotive industry, preferably Tier 1 suppliers.Experience supporting Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, or migrations.If you have experience developing and customizing Teamcenter solutions and are looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
