**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Assist and respond to internal and external queries on a timely a basis.
- Reconcile statements of account.
- Vendor relationship management.
- Post invoices and follow up to actions needed to achieve invoice posting
- Be responsible and manage the day-to-day activities.




- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business needs.
- Report to AP Team lead.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Strong communication skills; work with co-workers in multiple functions and locations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of purchasing and supply chain management.
- Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
- Able to get buy-in and commitment from stakeholders.
- University Degree required.
- Conversational English (writing and speaking)
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Preferred 1+ years' experience in an AP role, or SAP knowledge
- Experience with SAP and ServiceNow is a significant plus.
- Detailed and task oriented.
