**Qualifications**:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform including PRPC rules configuration, customization and deployment in Agile/SCRUM based development & delivery environment
Strong knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
Demonstrated Pega based business process modeling and process definition skills
Experience in technical design process model, monitoring and reporting components, task and service implementations, work management, process start and control, event handling, integration components, work assignment, user access and security components, and versioning approach
Aptitude for analytical and problem solving skills via hands-on analysis, solution design,



configuration and development activities as well as the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and users
Pega SA/SSA Certification
Experience using Jira/Azure DevOps toolkits
Highly adaptable to a change environment
Working knowledge of scrum/agile methodology
Excellent communication written and verbal
Data Model development experience is a plus
Background in Micro-services Architecture and Java based
