Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Sr.
Manager for managing Commercial Business Systems (CBS), who will work closely with business leads and IT teams to manage and support CBS solutions.
, _Located in _Guadalajara.
_Reporting to the _VP Business System.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manage and support Flex Contract Systems, and Quote Management Systems_
- _ Drive commercial business systems solutions as defined in the roadmap_
- _ Coordinate with business unit leaders, Business Development / General Account Management and IT teams_
- _ Participates with business unit leads in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives_
- _ Drives strategies to deliver business unit requirements and recommend Flex capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services._
- _ Responsible for management of user satisfaction and related reviews and corrective actions_
- _ Proactively monitor operational process metrics and work with relevant teams on fixing / improving the process_




The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Proven experience in business process data mining and visualization with a bachelor's degree in engineering or business systems (or similar fields)_
- _ Experience in ERP, business operations and finance is plus._
- _ Project / Program management experience must require_
- _ Familiar with databases and dashboards_
- _ Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy_
- _ Ability to create user documentation, Training Materials etc._
- _ Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards_
- _ Team Player_
- _ Bilingual (verbal and written)_
- _ Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell, Perl, etc.)_
- _ Veeam Backup software administration and operations knowledge._
- _ VMware Basic Administration._
