**Position**: Technical Solutions Engineer - Citrix

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Provides technical support and guidance to channel partners and sales staff with pre-sales activities in the assigned market on behalf Arrow's supplier Citrix
- Leads in the analysis, design, and refinement of technology solutions
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
- Develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end users
- Successfully builds relationships with the Arrow account team, partners and end users in support of sales objectives; engages and leverages Arrow horizontal resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate
- Leads Citrix technical sales calls with and on behalf of channel partners
- Qualifies Citrix sales opportunities in the terms of end customer technical requirements and competition in partnership with Arrow channel partners
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
- Requires knowledge and experience with Citrix solutions
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Results driven
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Business and sales acumen
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Customer focused




- Industry certifications and/or experience with modern infrastructure/cloud/AI solutions
- Ability to conduct effective presentations and/or trainings
**Work Arrangement**:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
