**Role**:
The IQA supervisor is responsible for leading the inspection activities of materials received,
Ensuring compliance with quality specifications and established standards.
Coordinates the team of inspectors to ensure efficient and timely review of incoming components.
And it ensures that non-conforming materials are properly managed.
**What it Will Do**:
- Oversee incoming material inspections to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Coordinate the team of inspectors in terms of shift coverage
- Follow up on retained or rejected materials and coordinate their disposition with the supplier quality team
- Train and evaluate IQA staff on procedures, criteria, and tools
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of quality control of incoming materials (CQMS, IAAs, ISO, CAV)
**Education Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Conversational English Intermediate
**Planning**:




- Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and reorganize resources to ensure that incoming batches are inspected on time.
**Quality Management**:
- Knowledge of ISO ****, Mastery of internal audits, Adherence to SOXs controls
- Knowledge of ANSI Z1.4 or ISO **** and Quality Suppliers
**Collaborating**:
- Ability to communicate clearly between roles,
- Participation with multidisciplinary teams
**Problem Solving**:
- Management of methodology such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, critical thinking and knowledge about NCR management
- Have previously worked in similar positions in Supplier Quality
- Advanced Conversational English
- Knowledge and management of the SAP system
