**Job Purpose Summary**
Responsible for organizing and supervising warehouse functions; receiving, shipping, inventory controls, warehousing, storing, managing daily activities; overseeing a team responsible for supplying materials and products essential to the company's operations.
Execute the company's supply chain strategies to track, identify, and improve processes for the warehouse.
Maintain high performance of the warehouse's team, storage, and shipment processes.
Guiding the cycle count team to reach the highest inventory accuracy in the entire organization.
Work with all levels of management to solve problems.

**What you will do (job duties)**




- Managing daily warehouse activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees' performance
- Communicate with customer service groups to ensure products are shipped on time
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items are below safety stock
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage in D365.
- Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
- Managed the ToolCrib staff and supported the initiatives to control MRO items in D365
- Ensuring that all production requirements are met.
- Generate purchase requisitions for warehouse miscellaneous materials and forklift requirements.
- Coordinate meetings with planning and purchasing to improve the materials flow
- Attend L3 meetings and provide any critical or action item status summaries.




- Participate in improvements in systems and processes like ROP, MINMAX, and DDMRP.
- Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Identify and manage the E&O; inventories and follow up on the disposition
- Training new employees in the transaction process and how to use the ERP system D365.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
- Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from groups of managers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations with limited standardizations.
- Ability to interpret various instructions provided in written or oral form.
