**Core Responsibilities**:
- Promote employee integrity through security tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS).
- Maintain production plan fulfillment and optimize resources.
- Execute and fulfill the training plan.
- Monitor area KPIs for compliance.
- Participate in deploying business strategy.
- Execute HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP).
- Foster a work environment aligned with organizational values (PULSE).
- Support continuous improvement programs (LCI tools).
- Solve problems through root cause analysis and improvements.
- Integrate and implement the QEHS System effectively.
- Allocate resources for QEHS system management.
- Lead and support QEHS initiatives in your area.
- Comply with QEHS legal and internal standards.
**Do you have what it takes?
**:
- **Proven Experience**:As Production Leader, bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is desired
- **Leadership Skills**:Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, with strong decision-making capabilities and a commitment to fostering a sense of belonging.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building effective relationships at local and global levels, and empowering team members.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong collaboration and partnership abilities, with a focus on staff welfare, a proactive service attitude, and a high level of personal and professional ethics.
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic vision for short and medium-term decision-making.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in Microsoft Office and project execution, with experience in integrated management systems related to safety and quality.
- **Language Proficiency**:Intermediate English proficiency, sufficient for maintaining conversations in a professional context, able to communicate in a global environment.
