**AIM OF THE POSITION**
Manage his manufacturing team according to the work in progress and general planning
- Build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one's in order to reach performance on daily basis
- Manage SQCDA Level 1 and participate to level 2.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University level people, Technical diploma
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
- Experience in personnel management, teamwork
- Handling of tools, reading and comprehension in English and Spanish
- Functional: Customer orientation, planning, emotion management, communication
- Knowledge: Production, quality and Manufacturing.
- Self-development: Teamwork, flexibility & focus on results.
- Behavior: Productivity, initiative and responsibility
**ACTIVITIES**:
**MANAGEMENT**
Managing and supervising his team
Coordinating needs with other departments (Quality inspector, ME, Supply chain etc )
Building and update if needed, detailed schedule taking into account the real daily progress.
This live planning with lead time and numbers of BC must allow to monitored production performance (Ratio, OTD)




Generating and monitoring production line KPI
Explaining and validating planning and KPI with his team (SQCDA)
Dispatching Kitting and job cards to his team in accordance with production planning and supervisor guidance (can be supported by his team leaders)
Checking that production objectives are reached (PR4, Quality, OTD, Ratios)
**5S MANAGEMENT**
Checking respect, maintenance, and cleanliness of workplaces, tools, and tooling's allocated to his team
Ensuring security of his team (guarantee of respect of health and safety directive)
Monitoring daily 5 min SQCDA's security meeting with team
Participating to continuous improvement for manufacturing, quality and Lean policy.
Reporting to his hierarchy issues, dysfunctions encountered and solutions proposal
Respecting and checking respect of internal rules
Gathering of the needs for tooling on Latelec Mexico site
