**AIM OF THE POSITION**
The tasks of the Manufacturing Best Practice Engineer are as follows:
- Ensuring support and training for the personnel of the Production Engineering Industrialization/Preparation units across all Sites.
- Leading process and document improvement projects for the different Production Engineering activities in liaison with the Lean department in respect of Lean company methods and tools.
- Tracing and capitalizing Industrialization/Preparation practices.
These tasks are performed in compliance with the cost, delivery time and quality imperatives of the company.
**Requirements**:
- University level people for operational people, Technical diploma
- Engineer level people for responsible department, Technical diploma
- Speak English
- Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship
- Confident with Excel and Word
- Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
- Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)
**Would be great**:
- At least 2 years experience in industry
- Knowledge of Lean procedure
- Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules




- Knowledge of French language
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Assists in the implementation of the Industrialize/Prepare process for remote sites and subsidiaries.
- Acts as the Production Engineering business correspondent relative to Production, Testing, MRP, GIDT, Methods, Purchasing and Estimates management.
- Acts as the Production Engineering correspondent for implementation, modification and internal training in respect of tools specific to the department such as AGNES, Q&A;, intranet preparation etc.
Acts as the Production Engineering correspondent for the implementation of the new SAP ERP
- Ensures methodological support for the Production Engineering units in respect of improvements to LATelec company production processes.
- Leads improvement projects (decision-to-launch, requirement, origin, ROI, planning etc.) around processes, documentation, tools and operations in regard of both internal Production Engineering and inter-departmental matters.
