Senior Expertise: While we welcome high-skill applicants with 3+ years of experience, we are ideally looking for candidates with a proven track record of building or "bootstrapping" QA environments.Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Git and basic Linux commands.Proven experience with API testing and Cross-browser testing.Ability to read and interpret application code/test scripts.Manual QA Expert: Deep knowledge of test case preparation and testing methodologies.Analytical Depth: Strong analytical skills with a focus on Cause and Effect Analysis and the ability to identify edge cases in complex business logic.Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are critical, with the ability to engage comfortably in technical discussions.
Experience working with USA-based companies is highly preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Gherkin, Selenium, and Docker.A basic understanding of JavaScript.Familiarity with QA Design Patterns.
